Team Finances Spreadsheet
All teams are encouraged to keep open and accurate records of their finances. We have created a spreadsheet for teams to use to track this spending.
The file has two sheets. The first is for your financial tracking. The second lists instructions if you are unfamiliar with this type of file.

Returning Coaches
Please complete BOTH your USC Extra Curricular (ECA) form and your USC ECA Personal Data form as soon as possible. Both are available below. As soon as you have submitted these, you will receive copies of all of the FULL LONG TERM PROBLEMS. (Don't delay - the problems look really good!)

New Coaches
Welcome! Hang on tight - you are about to begin a wonderful adventure with your team! But before you begin, you must tackle some paperwork.
In addition to the above two forms, you MUST obtain BOTH your Criminal Clearance and your PA Child Abuse History Clearance. To do this, please follow the instructions below. This is a multi-step process so PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS AS OUTLINED.
It is imperative that you do not delay in submitting your application for clearances. You should NOT begin team meetings until you receive school board approval on your ECA forms and you have received your clearances.
In Summary, as a new coach you need:
1) Criminal Clearance
2) PA Child Abuse History Clearance
3) USC ECA approval from the school board (which requires 2 ECA forms)

first place to look for answers to your questions. If the answer is
