This is the schedule for our Premier on March 1, 2009 in the High School Nutrition Center. Please be sure your team is prepared to stay for the entire session. Feel free to stay for the other session as well - it's a great way to support our teams and see the incredible creativity!

New Coaches
Welcome! You are about to begin a wonderful adventure with your team.
Your first task is to get the proper clearances and forms filled out and submitted to the School Board for approval. If you have questions at any time, please contact Alison Hess at hessam42@aol.com.
We have created the following document for you to use as a reference. Please complete all four steps as soon as possible so that you may begin coaching your team.

ECA Personal Data Form
The ECA Personal Data Form is listed as Step 3 in the Clearances Process.
To be submitted to the School Board for the October meeting, all paperwork must be turned in by 10/6/08.
To be submitted for the November meeting, all paperwork must be turned in by 11/3/08.

Program Guide

Room Reservations
Trying to find a good place to meet with your team?

This form is for reserving rooms in school buildings. I am working on a document with instructions for using and submitting this form.
Rec Center Reservation |
This form is for reserving community rooms through the USC Rec Dept. You must return the form to the Recreation Department (under the USC Library) in order to verify room availability.
Returning Coaches
All returning Odyssey of the Mind coaches must complete a new ECA (Extra Curricular Activity) form for the 2008-2009 season. The form is available above in the New Coaches section.
